All electronics and wiring are thoroughly tested and repaired or replaced.

Bench test and matchig of probe arms and gauge PCB.

All consumable parts are replaced.

Station, subassembly, and system setup performed to factory specifications.

System covers and panels inspeced and repainted as needed.

Wafer transports tested per factory specifications.

System tested for accuracy and repeatability per factory specifications.

Controller disk image backup provided.
